Came to the house when he said he would and did the job when he said he would. Showed proof of issues. Having dealt with many roofers who either don't show up or just throw useless guesses at issues I appreciate there was absolutely no faffing about from Harry.

Harry came out promptly, identified the problem and fixed it. Contact was good and he arrived when he said he would. He also went out of his way to get us some spare ridge tiles for our roof. I would be happy to use him again in the same circumstances.

Harry was great, at the initial inspection I told him what the surveyor said and he sent me pictures of the issues. Harry and his mate fixed the issues and secured my roof in 2 days.
