    Gutter repair
    Confirmed they had booked the job in for the Tuesday afternoon to fix guttering. At 4:45 that afternoon still no show from company so I messaged asking if they was still coming, I got no reply. I understand jobs can run over and unexpected issues can happen but to not make any contact to advise cannot complete job on arranged day is very unprofessional.

    Urgent replacement garden fence and gate
    Our fence blew down on Saturday night, we had a new one built by Monday afternoon! Friendly and efficient. Finished job in a day, and made sure we inspected and gave approval before leaving. They were all very well presented and uniformed.

    Replacement Roof
    Roofer removed old roof and demand more money to put new roof due to damaged beam. The point of visiting the site was to look at the current roof state and price according, left my build opened to weather, put a plastic cover on that got blown away overnight. Charged £1150 for asbestos removal that should have been under £800 pound. Building left with debris..not recommended.

    Sorry for the inconvenience of this job we thought the wood work was solid given the look of the timber but we did explain to you once the old roof was removed by a licensed asbestos removal company after more light was given the rotten areas showed also timber has serious cause of wood worm photos have been uploaded and unfortunately we was unable to install the roof system as it wouldn't hold weight . We did our best at covering the roof which you was happy for us to do . And we still had to pay for asbestos removal and hire of van given the amount of materials we had to take back we also lost money on this job but there was no way we could install and guarantee a roof given the hidden issues on them timbers

    Pointing the whole of the low gable
    Not at all happy with this firm, they did not finish all of the work, they told me they would return to finish off but did not do so.

    Hi we are sorry for the inconvenience we are attending to replace the 1 missing tile we have had a lot of work come in we are trying our best to get to everyone in reasonable time

    Leak from flashed part of the roof on bungalow

    Over fascia and soffitts
    Scott did a very good job that I am pleased with, didnt like having to chase him to clear the rubbish, but it went eventually.

    Repair of fence
    Scot was punctual and did a splendid work of repair. I definitely will recommend him. Currently he will also repair the roof of my shed.
