Poor workmanship , messy guys , roof leaking , walls not done properly , overall not good workmanship as have to redo many aspects of the kitchen extension I have to now replace the kitchen roof which was of poor quality , never employ Peter or Mariusz

Piotr has been fantastic. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He has a great understanding of all the relevant building regulations and is hugely knowledgeable about all things. He will be able to advise on some decisions before you start building so get him on board early! His prices were fair and he would make small changes for no additional cost, but he will build exactly as you tell him, so make sure you’ve thought about everything, location of lights and switches and water outlets.

Peter is a very competent builder familiar with UK regulations and methods. We are very satisfied with the end result and extra jobs completed all at competitive prices.

We're pleased with the quality of Peter's (Piotr) team's work. They were hard working, dilligent and did a full days work every time. Neighbours even stopped to compliment them on their standard of work. Plus Building Control were happy every time they carried out an inspection. His team were accommodating and flexible with any alterations we wanted and they made suggestions on how we could implement our plans. We would definitely use Peter and his team again.

Peter and his team has worked on our rear extension and garage extension projects for about 20 weeks. Even though the projects was complicated and huge, which we were quite nervous during the time, Peter's super organisation skills, and his expertise and knowledge enable that this projects went on smoothly and we are very pleased with the finished results. Peter also has a awesome team and all of the members have worked incredible hard, and everyone is capable and willing to listen to my opinions. I Honestly say that they are the most hardworking workmen I have known. Both my husband and I are very impressed that they have completed our work within our budget and predicted time frame. I will definitely use Peter and Peter's team again if I go for another project, and has no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a decent builder, which it is not always easy to find. Piotr work on our house was absolutely excellent and professional!! he and his team worked very well and me and my wife we were really pleased to find him.. he is a man of his word! Job was done on time as scheduled with no issue during whole period. He advised us and answered any questions we had! He was very accurate with estimated cost and I have to admit everything he said came to truth. We were very lucky to find Piotr, guys worked hard and his team is very reliable once they finished our loft conversion it was beautiful... on the top of that Piotr gave us best price offer out of many we had... ! Peter and his team have done a Sterling job! From start, there were no ambiguities left in the quote he produced, and his pricing was competitive. Throughout the project there was good communication and any changes were discussed, clarified and agreed upon in good timing. Peter proved to be flexible and accommodating. He always made himself available for any meeting I requested to discuss key aspects of the project as it went along. On site, workers were always freindly, well organised, and left the site clean and safe at the end of each day. Peter's team is professional and reliable. All were friendly and happy to take the time to talk me through some aspects of the work whenever I sought dome clarifications. All this I am sure has made the whole experience easier to cope with for us. We are very pleased with the end result. The project reached completion within budget and by the set date. Peter & his team did a really professional job of our extension. We are more than pleased with the work they have done, which included replacing & repositioning our boiler & installing a Megaflo. Throughout the project, Peter's team were on site 6 days a week from 8am to 5pm (Sat 1pm) & worked hard throughout, completing the job within 8 weeks as planned. Any minor issues we had, Peter was very quick to sort out & he had plenty of good practical advise, which really helped. We have already recommended him to our friends. He is a great builder at a reasonable price, which is not easy to find.

Peter and his team built a single-storey side extension including lounge, utility room and WC as well as opening up my kitchen and dining room to create an open plan kitchen diner. Peter is very good at planning ahead so there was a constant flow of work being done which led to the work being completed in less time than any of my other quotes. As with any building work there are always unforseen issues. Peter always found a suitable solution to the problem based on my requirements. His team are very capable craftsmen, very pleasant and courteous and unobtrusive. What I look for in any contractor is somebody who does a good job for a fair wage - Peter has that in spades. Peter is very straight-talking so you always know where you stand. I don't often provide feedback (mostly because it is always bad!) but I was so impressed by Peter that I am providing this recommendation. I highly recommend Peter and will defintely be using him again.

Piotr (Peter) and his team completed and delivered an excellent job in building our extension, given the time scales were very tight, other builders quoted 6+months, Peter completed the job to a just under 4 months. Peter is extremely easy to talk to and no issues appeared to much to contend with, I created a number of engineering “challenges” part way through the build (by changing the size of windows) this was very quickly overcome and at next to no additional expense. Peter provided many suggestions and options throughout the build; some were very helpful and were incorporated within the overall design. Peter’s team are extremely hard working and were on the job from 07:30 through to 17:30/18:00 with minimal breaks and all very pleasant. My wife and I had many concerns regarding engaging a builder and parting with our life savings, Peter provided nothing but reassurance from start to finish. I have engaged Peter to carry our additional work for me and would highly recommend Peter and his team for any major residential building works.
