Yes I am happy to provide good reference for Robert of Double R Heating and Plumbing. Robert stepped in to restore heating and hot water to a vulnerable family with a young child in less than a day whereas the best I could get on a maintenance contract already in place was 3 days. Robert was able to to display good knowledge and had the required spare part on his van. The charge was reasonable and paid to a proper invoice. Thanks again Robert.

Robert did an amazing job to change the heating system of my flat, removing the old water tanks and replacing by a combi boiler. It was a very big job and key for us, and he provided excellent advice & perfect execution. He was very professional in his approach, checking the water pressure properly and asking all the details before advising the choice of boiler (while I had other builders coming and looking around without checking this key information). During the day of the installation he faced various unforeseen issues and handled them extremely efficiently, eventually staying until 10pm to make sure the full installation was safe and operational. He also offered a very reasonable price and could do the job in a reasonable timeframe. I have only positive things to say about Robert and would recommend him highly.

Second time Robert has done the routine annual service on our boiler. Turns up promptly, does the job efficiently and is a nice bloke

Robert was a very helpful chap. I have a Keston combi-boiler. Robert spotted some flue errors from the installation, which not been picked up by other inspections in 4 years. It could have been fatal due to limited access to the roof exit point (top floor of the building). Could have been a bit quicker to identify a different place for the flue to vent out. However, works done well and put right - three visits / days in total. He also did a full service and annual inspection. Just over £810.00 inc. parts (pipes, clips, flue guard) and VAT. All works completed well. Would recommend his thorough approach.
