Good workmanship, but he didn't include VAT in the original quote. He also wanted to have a transaction fee when i paid online. Would i use him again? for the job yes, given payment terms, no.

Robert was fantastic - he came within 24 hours of my posting the job and performed a thorough diagnostic and fix within an hour. His costs were a tenth of the price quoted by another plumbing company. Will definitely use again if I run into any plumbing issues in the future.
