Shower needs attention
Matt gave us an indication of the cost up front, and was very helpful in explaining our options. We choose to replace the shower rather than repair the old one. Once we had selected the new shower Matt came round and fitted it for us. It was a very neat and tidy piece of work and the bill was no more than the original quote. Would certainly recommend him to others and if we need a plumber we now know who to contact.

British Gas 330 boiler - F5 fault
Matt did a brilliant job. He was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a hour. Very good price too!

Suspected leak from an immersion tank.
had a call from my aunts carer saying there was a leak from her immersion heater,,as i live a long way away and their was no one else to call on i entered the mybuilder.com website and stated my problem..Matt contacted me very quickly and within two hours had made the visit and carried out the repair for a very fair price.He made my aunt feel at ease especialy as she is 94years old.His profesionalism and curtesy came across well in our phone communications and i would definitely recommend him for his work...Mervyn Adams Okehampton Devon.

Removing two radiators permanently
Very happy with the work carried out. Matt is very professional and has a very good technical knowledge. We required additional work to be carried out which we had not anticipated but he managed to completed everything to a very high standard. Strongly recommended.

Gloworm Boiler Pilot light out
Matt was very responsive and helpful. Our old 1970s boiler had come to the end of its life so Matt fitted a new one. The job was more difficult than first anticipated but Matt stuck at it and got it up and running as soon as possible and at the agreed price. I would recommend Happy Matties.

- Install or replace: Shower - 1 fixture **Customer description** Good morning I recently had a new combi boiler installed in the kitchen downstairs to replace the old gravity fed system. I still don't have pressure to my bath mixer since they installed the new boiler it is just a trickle when opened full. However my hand basin in my bathroom has good water pressure .So I just recently installed a Stuart Turner Eco-Showermate Pump 1.5 Bar Twin Pump, but this has not rectified the problem. Please let me know cost to sort this issue. Also I would like a new shower mixer replaced to my bath. I will supply mixer which I have already recieved. Please let me have the cost and availability to sort shower pressure and install new mixer please.
Matt arrived on time and proceeded to carry out works as requested. There were other issues from a previous plumber which he rectified without question. Some electrical bits also sorted! I will use Matt again on further projects. Nice nature and easily approachable. Very reasonable rates.

Replace tap in bathroom sink
Matthew replaced a bathroom sink tap for us. Was a pleasure interacting with him -- superb communication, efficient and professional. If we need any plumbing work done in the future, I will ask him first without any hesitation.

Replace kitchen mixer tap
I hired Matthew, of Happy Matties Plumbing and Heating, to replace my kitchen tap - Beautiful job done in no time!. Very efficient and pleasure to do business with, he clearly enjoys what he does.
