I’m very sorry that the problem has not been resolved, unfortunately when I am un able to experience a fault it is very difficult to put it right on the first attempt. I did come back for a second visit which I didn’t charge you for and I had told you if that didn’t fix it I would come back again free of charge, some problems aren’t open and shut. I apologise that not all work carried out was to you liking, and the offer still stands for me to come back free of charge if you want me to Thank you

On Monday, he returned with a new pump only find that it wasn't needed. Rather than fit it and insist on my paying, he was happy to not charge me and returned it.
