Marin provided us with a very competitive quote to refurb our entire ensuite. Marlin did a good job and was good fun to work with.

Marin was brilliant. My mom is in her 60s and needed help with her bathroom We needed someone who not only knew what to do but could get along with her and not disappoint. He went above and beyond in sorting her bathroom out. The finished work was really impressive. He made some changes from the original plan which turned out even better than thought out. The work was completed earlier than agreed and he left the house sparkling clean. You could not have known he had been there. I would glady recommend him. I wish i could upload pictures to show off the beautiful work he did. Thank you, Marin! my mom says hi!!!

Marin. This chap can do everything. He is multi skilled. Don’t be put off by his accent as you will be missing out on a very hardworking and capable tradesperson. I bonded with him very quickly and I am very happy with the transformation of both my bathroom and Porch and driveway. He did all the trades needed for the bathroom and porch/ driveway apart from connecting the cables to the fuse board, so saves you a lot of hassle and money. He came to see me the same day I requested a quote. He started within a few weeks and both jobs have been done to a high standard . My wife and I are demanding of a good finish and he did what we asked. He is a good family man and works hard in all weathers and wants you to be happy . He has recently done some jobs for my neighbours and family too.

Marin was able to come and carry out tiling to the kitchen floor and splash back. It was very neat and he worked quickly. He arrived early each day and worked solidly until around 5 pm. I had no issues with him.

HONEST, EXPERIENCED, MULTI-SKILLED, PUNCTUAL, HARDWORKING & TRUSTWORTHY - I highly recommend Marin as plumber, builder & carpenter. (He was even able to install electrical sockets!) He is friendly, kind and pleasant even when the normal challenges of projects arise. He has 30 years experience in the all trades and every problem that arose, he would find a solutions, unlike most other tradesman. He always has a positive attitude which is great when encountering difficult situations. He also takes on small handyman jobs but specialises in bathrooms/kitchens and other major jobs. I will be recommending him to all my friends and use him for every project I ever do. Please feel free to contact me personally if you want to hear more about how great he was to work with.

Marin installed a downstairs toilet for us. He worked hard and asked the right amount of questions. We are very happy with the job done and would definitely hire him again.

Hackman Marin came to replace our our shower. He was very pleasant and did a thorough job with the installation, despite the issues that cropped up due to our water tank and tiling he resolved them all and the shower is looking great and working perfectly.

At first I was happy with Marin, but this changed as the week went on. I was quoted £800 for all the jobs I needed (bathroom refurb, new doors and painting) and when Marin arrived he then made it £1000. He then again said he would add another £50 for work - this is very bad customer service and it was as if he was trying his luck to get extra money. For the painting on the stairs, I left 2 separate colours of paint - I explained which colour is for the wall & ceiling but when I came to check an hour later he had painted the ceiling colour on the wall. When I told him this, he said ‘I can’t do it now’ and threw a tantrum and had an attitude & did not complete the job. We had a mirror fixed onto the bathroom wall on Thursday & 2 days later there is crack on the mirror where Marin has bolted it the wall too tight. I messaged him today and he says it’s not his fault when he was the one who fixed it to the wall. The worst customer service I’ve received. I’ve used MyBuilder for so many jobs and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. I therefore would NOT recommend Marins service. He doesn’t take the blame for any of his mistakes & can’t be bothered to fix them.

Marin did a fantastic job renovating our very dated bathroom. All of the plumbing, tiling and electrics were done perfectly. Marin goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the end results. I would highly recommend him for any bathroom project.
