As his price was reasonable, I decided to go ahead with doing all 11 sockets. We agreed a start date and he called to reconfirm the day before. I appreciated that he did his best to clean up as he went along - drilling into brick is very messy. The only glitch was a slightly later start time than expected, due to an unavoidable delay, which took the job into a second day. This wasn't an issue for me and George was very apologetic. He was helpful in recommending useful products and other tradesmen. I will definitely use him again.
