So impressed with GT Property Maintenance, I had had a rogue 'home maintenance' bunch of lads walk off the job when the quality of their work was queried but a relative who was concerned that I was being messed around. Gary assessed the work, dismantled it patiently and made good. I now have guttering at the right height that works! Rotten timber removed and replaced with treated timber before fascia board reapplied. The rendering that had been slapped onto damp and peeling paint scraped back, surfaces treated rerendered stabilised and repaired! He even unblocked a moss-filled downpipe, and wherever he could salvage the materials from the first bodge up, he did! As the first vandals had just shoved unnecessary eaves trays halfway over the roofing felt, Gary corrected and replaced tiles. He is clearly a man who knows his trade and did a very very good job!
