Gavin is excellent in all respects! He did a brilliant job in building shelves for my alcove from scratch, explaining each step and making sure it was perfect right to the end. I couldn't have asked for better shelves! His attention to detail is admirable and his attitude and manner meant that he would make sure my life and home were not overly disrupted by the work. For example, he would cut the wood outside and so reduce the dust in my flat. He is a great guy to work with and I must admit I found him very engaging to chat with, so he is a pleasure to be around at the same time. He is reliable, hard working, punctual and very capable. I have no hesitations in recommending him or working with him again. Thank you for all your efforts.

Gavin is brilliant in every respect. I cannot praise his work and attitude enough. He loves working with wood and takes great pains to get every detail right. He worked closely with me taking me through every step of the way and making good suggestions. He is a very pleasant man, reliable, polite and respectful of one's home and possessions. Very importantly, he cleans up at the end of the day leaving me with little to do. I highly recommend him and would employ him again without hesitation.

Gavin was very helpful and accomodating. Even though he was unable to complete the job he was originally hired for, through no fault of his own.

Gavin was absolutely brilliant! I hired him to hang a door. When the people who supplied the door failed us (this was no fault of Gavin's), he was superbly helpful in sourceing a new one. Throughout the job he proposed solutions rather than complain about problems. In short, he was excellent.

Gavin worked extremely hard to get the shelving done with excellent results! Despite the delivery of wood being a bit delayed (through no fault of his own) he still managed to get it all finshed before our next bit of DIY was due to be started. Gavin is a very personal guy and went out of his way to ensure that the job was done to the highest standard with the right materials. I would definiately not hesitate to ask him to do more work - thank you!

Gavin came to look at the job and suggested a much cheaper option that I could do myself. A refreshing honesty. He did himself out of a job but has potentially saved me several hundred pounds.

Gavin was amazing. He did a great job. Furthermore, I have a newborn and therefore he had to be very tidy, to go to cut wood outside and to go in and out, removing and waring shoes. He didn't mind and he proved to be a real gentlman
