Octopus Plumbing sent out of one of their employees. Michael. Amazing, professional guy, honest with integrity. Efficiently got the job done with little fuss. Cleaned up after himself and protected all work sites at all times. Didn't even have to tell him about shoe covers. 100% would recommend again. Michael is an asset to Octopus plumbing and overly qualified plumber.

I have contracted Octopus Plumbing LTD to install a combi-boiler to replace the old simple boiler. It turned out that The engineer has installed a simple boiler and not a combi-boiler. When I found out, we were able to find a solution however I had to pay more than initially so it turn out that Octopus plumbing was much more expensive that the other competitors. The 2nd HUGE PROBLEM is that the engineer that installed the boiler hasn't checked if there was a gas leak, and we stayed 2 weeks with a gas leak in our building. We found out about the gas leak when our gas engineer did the gas certificate for the combi-boiler. When I called Octopus, they reacted fast and came without 20 mins. However he said the gas leak was coming from the gas meter which was right but it was because he weld the copper pipes above the gas meter without covering the gas meter. After this he asked us to pay 90+VAT which I refused because if Octopus plumbing would have done the job properly he would have check for any gas leak. At the end, he agreed to pay our gas engineer fees for the failed gas certificate. I would DEFINITELY not choose them.
