Im sorry to hear you’re unhappy but I think its fair to give both sides. The job is over 2mths old. Before the job, you sent me a pic of the tap you bought, no link to the site for me to check specs. There were no instructions, so nothing to indicate the tap was incompatible, 99% of taps are compatible so I had no cause to check. The tap took a lot longer than expected due to the existing pipework. I didn’t charge you anymore. The tap tested and worked well. There was no flow issue evident. After several days you left me a glowing review. No complaints or issues raised. 2wks later you contacted me about a loose tap head. This was a manufacturer issue but I returned for free to fix it. No issues about the flow were raised. Another 2wks later, now over 6wks since the original job, you contacted me about a noise and the flow issue. I returned for free to look at this. I couldn’t diagnose the issue and asked you contact the manufacturer and come back to me to agree a next step. I found out during this visit that someone had been working on the boiler and the flow issue had started around the same time. I heard nothing from you for several days then when I did I replied as soon as I was able to, offering you a solution, free of charge to the problem. I find it disappointing that you would lie about the details of this job and damage my reputation. I hope the other customer reviews on my page are used as reference to my service and not this one.
