I can't fault the guy. I've had experience with quite a few trades and plumbers. Tom kept in contact with good comms, gave me a price up front which was stuck too, turned up quickly at time suited to me which was quick, wore a mask, undertook job quickly and efficiently and was tidy, friendly, informative and courteous. He also didn't laugh at my amateur fitted bathroom, which usually gives me anxiety. I really wouldn't hesitate to have him back or recommend to others.

This is probably the quickest it's been from posting to completion and Tom has a lot of credit to take for that for attending and clearing out the problem swiftly and professionally. Hopefully I don't need him again but if I do, I won't hesitate to rehire.
