Really quick to respond and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend.

My house is 100 years old so there's always something that is breaking down or needs replacing. The water supply pipe to my dishwasher and washing machine needed new isolating valves,Tom gave me a quote and a date for the job which he did to my complete satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tom to my friends and family.

Tom is a really nice guy - very polite, knowledgeable, no faff, no judgment and just gets on with it. He managed to easily, swiftly and professionally update the internal workings of 2 toilets, change a tap in the kitchen as well as fix a leaking bathroom tap. He worked in very tough conditions as the place was a horror show but he blew it aside like it was nothing. Would definitely recommend him as his prices were reasonable, he works quickly, arrives when he says he's going to, recommends reasonably priced materials and doesn't make a job more than it is. Highly recommended.

Top bloke... First impressions over the phone, Tom was really friendly, polite, informative and funny too. Upon arrival, Tom was punctual arrived wearing a mask and removed his shoes when entering our home without being asked. This scored highly for me, as it showed he was respectful, professional and considerate. Easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Tom explained the issue with the plumbing, advised what the options were for a solution and then the work was all done. He was even kind enough to have a look at some other issues in our home and gave feedback on options we could consider. I'll definitely be giving him a call again and happy to recommend him to others. Thanks again Tom
