Tom was great, really helpful. My job was a bit complicated, and he spent time helping me work out how to solve the issue and finding the options for me to choose from. The work he has done is fantastic, great communication, lovely guy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use again.

We have recently moved in to our new home which was in need of modernising in all of the bathrooms. Tom came out immediately to look at what needed doing, he was very professional and suggested how we could achieve what we wanted. Tom came back over the course of many days, worked hard and we all actually had a laugh. We are very pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future.
