Tom was a good communicator when arranging to come over, prompt, worked well and dealt with the job in hand and was reasonably priced and did exceptional work.

It was an absolute pleasure hiring Tom for this project. His communication was great, he was keen to provide an accurate face to face quote on seeing the work, something that other tradesmen seemed reluctant to do and his competitive quote matched what I had had from others. Tom turned up on time and did a great job housing my new toilet around the existing tiles, the finish is absolutely superb, he also came back when promised to complete the siliconing around the base. I've had my share of dodgy experiences with tradesmen on this platform but Tom has restored my faith. He is also a really personable bloke, I wouldn't hesitate in hiring again or recommending, cheers Tom!

Communication with Tom was great as was frequent and clear. Quickly found the issue of a leak I had and rectified within the same day. Also had Tom replace a leaky tap and was done without fuss. Reasonable rates and happy to use his services again and to recommend to others.
