I would highly recommend Martin and his team for any works needed.
Martin rang and we agreed a time for him to look at the job. He turned up on time and explained the various options open to us along with time each one would take ect.
I did ask Martin about his 1 negitive feedback, which he explained and was still obviously upset about it (as anyone would be). In every walk of life there are givers and takers - from everything I saw of Martin he is definetly a giver, going that bit futher to finish the job to an extremely high standard which he did. From his explanation, of which i believe, the negitive review was written by a taker who continuously added 3 x the work quoted and agreed on.
We therefore went on and agreed on the way to do the work whilst agreeing on an extremely competitive price which was just one quarter of what other companies had quoted.
Martin came to install the shower just 2 days later. He spent 7 hrs working away with no break as such and did a terrific job. He was polite, respectful, quite and cheerful at all times. I have to add the bathroom and hall way were left spotless, the cleanest any tradesperson has ever left my home.
If you have short listed Martin or he has shown an interest in your job then let him quote you - you could save yourself alot of money and get a highly efficient, respectful, trustworthy and professional plumber.
