I can 100% recommend Ben @ Grand Openings. I got 5 quotes to replace all windows and external doors. Although Grand Openings wasn't the cheapest quote, it was the one that I thought was best value for money - great quality at a good price. Ben was also open to negotiate on price. Other companies giving quotes either never responded to communication or bombarded me with upto 10 phone calls a day. Ben followed up on his quote without appearing pushy but also valuing my custom. Any queries were swiftly responded to and any amendments I made to the initial designs were incorporated with no problem. Windows were installed ahead of schedule and quicker than estimated. Although Ben was on holiday, he kept in regular contact with me to ensure I was kept up to date and happy with the installation. The guys were tidy and cleared up after themselves. An issue arose as handle specification had been mistakenly overlooked, but Ben was happy to rectify with no issues. I'd be happy to recommend Grand Openings to anyone looking to change their windows and doors; I have had some awful experiences recently whilst renovating my property so it was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure dealing with someone who is a professional.
