They did the job but when I asked for the promised guarantee I was ignored. After a couple of times I got a document that is not actually a guarantee. I got blocked when I asked to get a proper guarantee document as agreed from the outset. Its a real pity that this company is lacking in organisation and standards.

I personally would avoid this company. There salesman tactics are outdated and just rude. Will do, and say anything for a sale. Once they have your money the work is adequate at best. Quality is cheap. Far better companies out there.

Was very pleased with the discussion about my windows and doors have not had them replaced yet next week but he was professional and explained everything and advised as well also brought a window with him to show quality of them no pressure at all looking forward to next week don’t think I will be disappointed I would definitely give them a call thanks jacqueline

Salesman talked a good job and gave a fantastic price that we signed up on. After technical visit to measure the original quote was significantly increased as not all of the work required was originally quoted. The new quote was just below the next best one received but we felt more confident with the 2nd best quote as was honest and explained what would be completed in great detail and very professional. Based on the loss of trust in the dealings with Perfect Glazing we were not confident of the work we required would be completed to our satisfaction and cancelled the contract and hired the 2nd quoted tradesman instead who carried out a great and excellent job in the end that was satisfactory to us.

Job done on time, very good price. Quick respond to any further queries- adgustments etc.

Absolutely superb service .... on time for all aspects of the job and really good workmanship. Also very reasonable.

Total cowboys, come out and talk the talk, they never had the windows when they said they would, they damaged my building, the windows were the wrong size and they tried to make them fit, making a mess, the windows do not have bracers, they are cheap rubbish and we can hear every noise through them. Would not recommend, they are cowboy rippoff merchants.

All the work was carried out to a very high standard. They even tidied up after the job was complete. Would highly recommend this business.
