Damp investigation
From quote to completion in a week. Kevin turned up at the time he said he would, looked the part, his acredatation around his neck. We discussed the job and the work ( complete re gutter to the whole house ) and I received a quote via email by the end of the day. The quote was company headed and explained exactly what work was going to be undertaken. I was happy with the price quoted so went ahead with the work. Kevin contacted me the night before and his team arrived early ( 08:30 ) and work through until 20:00 only coming back early the next day to complete the job which after inspection looks a very professional job which I am very happy about. The lads left the site as tidy as they found it and all waste material was taken away.
I can't comment on the price as what I find except able others might find expensive. I'm not one for getting many quotes. I generally hire on first impressions but have been let down on more than one occasion in the past.
I wouldn't hesitate to hire Kevin and his lads again. The service he provided from quote to finish is something we should all expect and strive for when hiring contractors but unfortunately is something we very rarely get.
Kevin also comes with a 10 year guarantee which is the time it's actually been brought to my attention by any contractor I've hired.
Just need heavy rain now to see weather the gutters hold out. All looks good though.
