    Replace and repair guttering on terraced house
    Great Service! The team replaced some old damaged iron gutters with modern ones and re-directed/extended some drainpipes. Their quote was competitive with others that we had and their team was friendly and knowledgeable.

    Replace facia and guttering
    Very pleased with the result from this company. They made sure of the style and measurements of the materials required before fitting to a very high standard. They were polite, knowledgeable and left the site as clean as they found it. Adam was determined to complete and resolve any issues I had to my complete satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Kirsty's team to anyone.

    Replace gutters and fascias and advice re soffits
    Really pleased with the work carried out by Goldie Gutters. Received great help and advice when it was found that the fascias contained asbestos and the work started later that day. Only issue I had was I wasn't kept informed when the work was to be completed and only advised the night before. It was delayed by a week due to the cold weather. Otherwise l would recommend and would use their services in the future. Many thanks Goldie Gutters!

    Fix/replace leaky gutter, change chimney cawl

    Roof and gutter cleaning of moss and debris
    Not happy with the service . Came for roof cleaning and gutter cleaning and changing of one of the gutter (which was leaking). I did not bother to check the gutter, trusting them.Also ,they did not do any water test. But after few days, noticed that gutter which had no issues, had started leaking. On inspection , found out that after roof cleaning ,they did not bother to remove the debris which got collected in that gutter which could be clearly seen.I sent them a video showing them and they came back and sorted the issue which should have been solved in the first place.Had I not checked it personally ,I would not have not known the real reason. So make sure you ask for after cleaning pictures and check if they do water test.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi, I am a little disappointed to see that you have left negative feedback regarding the work we carried out foe you last year. From carrying out the quotation myself and ensuring you were happy with the price and explaining step by step the process of the roof clean we booked you in for the following week as you wanted it done as soon as possible. When it got to the day of the roof clean it was raining on and off all day, the engineer explained to you that due to the weather we would have to return the following week to reapply a second layer of algobio and to carry out a second free gutter clean to remove any debris fallen due to the rain which we did return the following week to carry this out. When the engineer finished for the day, he made sure you checked the work carried out and and showed the change of guttering parts to you to ensure you were happy which you were. We then received both an email and numerous calls 3 days later saying the gutters have debris in, which again we explained yes they will do, we are returning to 4 days to carry out a free of charge second gutter clean which again was explained to you on our first visit. When we returned again it was raining and we mentioned to you that the second layer of algobio needs to be applied when it is dry and you replied that you will have it done on the Spring. We also carried out free of charge repairs to the eaves which had crumbling mortar. So to receive this feedback is very disheartening.

    Handyman Tasks Needed
    Kirsty was very professional since the beginning when we agreed the quote. The works were completed efficiently and the guttering looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

    Guttering all needs cleaning! Front and back of terrace
    Professional, friendly and courteous - they guys sorted the guttering in short order, fixed a blocked drain I was going to have to call someone else for - and explained what I can do to maintain the property effectively. Couldn’t recommend them more!
