    New bathroom
    Robert and his team did an amazing job. We are very happy with the end result. They definitely had a challenge there as we have a big bathroom . They were amazing worked even at weekends to finish and never said no to any of the very many requests. Thank you!

    Replacing 2 bathrooms to make it modern!
    Robert and his team were fantastic! From the start, Robert was communicative and responsive on text to support the furniture buying process and advising on measurements. In terms of the renovation, the team completed a total transformation (including demolishing and plumbing works) of 2 bathrooms in 10 working days! The team worked efficiently and were very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I can't recommend Robert and his team enough, they are a respectful, professional and highly skilled team who I will trust for all future projects!

    Bathroom fit out
    Robert and Jack were incredible. Everything from planning, prep, communication, costing, the work itself, cleanliness and genuinely nice people. We are delighted with our lovely bathroom and nothing was too much for them and they always found solutions and both highly skilled individuals. Would hire them again in a heartbeat and will do for some more jobs.

    New bathroom to be fitted
    Robert and his team were excellent from start to finish. We had a small bathroom fitted and he finished the job in accordance with the quote he gave at the outset. He set an ambitious timeframe to finish the work but completed it with a day to spare. Every morning, he or his workers arrived punctually and did not impose in any way. They were always polite and professional and consulted with us if there were any decisions regarding matters of taste to be made before ploughing on. They did a very high quality job and I would not hesitate to use them again due to the level of care they take and impressive work ethic. I recommend them highly.

    New bathroom to be fitted
    We are Very happy with Robert and his team , job was done to a excellent standard ! he knew exactly how we wanted it and We are very happy we chose golden refurbishment! All round a really easy and pleasant experience with no dilemmas. Would recommend this company to everyone. Take my advice and use this company you will not be disappointed. Fair price , easy to work with , great communication throughout and a very good job and tidy finish. 5 ⭐️

    Bathroom fitter & Jack of all!
    Absolutely over the moon with my new bathroom. Both Robert & Jack are the nicest guys. It took just 5 days to transform my old, tired bathroom into a beautiful haven, I can't wait to have a bath!! They were both courteous & mindful the fact I work nights & kept the noise to a minimum. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional & affordable job done. 😊

    Refurb cottage
    Robert and his team did an excellent job of refurbishing my cottage and with in the agreed timeline. Robert is friendly, easy and polite to work with. Would definitely recommend.

    Full refurb of house
    I am so disappointed to be writing this. As initially I was happy with the job. However after 2 months it is obvious that the job was not done to a good standard. Our towel radiator started leaking within one month of moving in. Our en-suite is leaking into the kitchen ceiling downstairs. The flush for our toilet has fallen off too! The doors that they painted black have started cracking as they were not primed. I contacted Robert however he blocked me, lied that he was in Poland via email and then told me he didn’t care. I now have to rip out the entire en-suite as it is unusable! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE WHEN ISSUES ARISE THEY WILL BLOCK YOU

    Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, your comments are fraudulent. This job was completed to your satisfaction and then I was duly paid upon your satisfaction. Not sure what was the issue with wanting your money back upon writing this complete dishonest review. This review is not accurately relaying the facts. Fiona is lying !!! In my 25 years of work in the construction industry, I have not yet encountered such humiliation and insult. I'll say it nicely, it's rude. Big nice project ( 8 weeks ) and just two small issues: - radiator leak - blocked shower trap ( NO ENSUITE RENOVATION IS REQUIRED, THIS IS JOKE!!! ) We are very busy and we cannot come immediately. Our Own work and References say it All. We always try to be professional but you could never with these sad individuals. Traders be warned – stay away form this customer !!!

    New family bathroom and en suite to be fitted
    Fantastic from start to finish. We had a new family bathroom and en suite fitted. The work that was completed was to a very high standard, Jack in particular knows his trade inside out and has a great work ethic. This is finally a company we trust fully to do what we have asked them to and at a high standard. We made some chamges during the work and this wasn't a problem at all for them, they are very approachable. We have had numerous bathrooms, kitchens and extensions completed on a past house and having now met Robert he is the only trade I will use for any future work.

    New bathroom to be fitted
    We recently bought an old Edwardian house and I have a lot of renovations that need to be completed. I have worked with more than a few trades at this point but I have come across only 2 traders who I have been nothing but impressed with, Robert team being one of them. He is extremely easy to talk to and tries to understand exactly what your needs are. Very honest person to work with. There is no hidden drama with him. He prices himself fairly within the market. His team completed whole bathroom installation in only 7 days with excellent job etiquette. I personally cannot thank them enough for making this task so easy.
