(Updated on 23 Mar 2026)Initial impressions were positive, but within 12 months serious issues emerged due to poor workmanship. The roof they “repaired” failed completely and has cost me £4,000 to replace. There are also leaks and cracks in the walls that were not present before.
Robert has refused to rectify any of these problems, delayed repeatedly, and has now blocked my number instead of taking responsibility.
Given the extent of defects so soon after completion, I would strongly advise against hiring him. This has been a costly and frustrating experience caused by substandard work and a complete lack of aftercare.
