Initial impressions were positive, but within 12 months serious issues emerged due to poor workmanship. The roof they “repaired” failed completely and has cost me £4,000 to replace. There are also leaks and cracks in the walls that were not present before. Robert has refused to rectify any of these problems, delayed repeatedly, and has now blocked my number instead of taking responsibility. Given the extent of defects so soon after completion, I would strongly advise against hiring him. This has been a costly and frustrating experience caused by substandard work and a complete lack of aftercare.

**Avoid This Builder.** I’ve worked with many builders, but this one was by far the worst experience. He agreed to refurbish a small commercial clinic space and took a deposit of £6,000. After removing all the furniture, he decided it wasn’t cost-effective for him and simply sent a text message saying he was discontinuing the job. He then dropped the keys through the letterbox and disappeared, deleting his number from our group chat and ignoring my calls and messages. He promised to complete the work in four weeks so we could open the clinic, but he left without any courtesy. I tried to meet and discuss the issues with him, but he never responded. Thankfully, the worker he hired helped me finish the project, but it cost me an extra 50% and took an additional month. There are plenty of builders out there—please don’t choose this one.

Robert and his team are amazing. We initially employed them to fit 4 bathrooms but they were so efficient that we employed them to renovate our entire house. The entire team was exceptional especially Jack. They communicated every step of the way. Jack also goes the extra mile. He doesn’t look for the easy fix, he actually looks for ways to make the project look good. They also leave the job site tidy every single day. We had an another team of electricians around who made a lot of dirt and dust everywhere, Jack and his team not only hoovered but they also mopped the dirt they didn’t create. Jack also came up with solutions for various issues.

Robert and his team completed a renovation of a two bedroom flat which comprised a new bathroom, new kitchen, new floors and decorating. Overall we are delighted with the work. His team, specifically Jacek was exccellent, and went the extra mile by coming up with stylish solutions to issues. Communication was straight forward and prompt and they were extremely polite and considerate accommodating reasonalbe requests for quite from the neighbours. They finished the job in less time than anticipated on budget. As expected, with a complex project there were a few issues, but these were sorted out promptly and fairly. I highly recommend them.

They have good skills, good manners and always willing to discuss with you and they will always give you good advice. Timing is the best, I feel lucky that I choose them, the price is reasonable, and my happy with my flat now, it is now beautiful and safe to use. Highly recommended to anyone who read this review.

Excellent work from Robert and Jacek. They are hard working and reliable, polite and good communicators. I am very pleased with the bathroom. They came back straight away to fix when a leak developed soon after installation. I recommend them.

Robert and the team were absolutely incredible throughout our home renovation. They really live and breathe their slogan - nothing is impossible, which is refreshing! It has been an absolute pleasure working with them, the quality of the work is outstanding, and they are experts at problem solving in a work environment where problems will always arise. At times we were very particular and had odd requests and they worked with us every time to make our vision come to life without complaint. We are very happy and would 100% recommend them.

Excellent work done by Robert and the team. Very quick and professional with the whole project. Competitively priced quote and turned around a whole new bathroom in less than a week. Exactly what I pictured the bathroom to like like, very impressed and thankful. Will certainly be working with them again on my property renovation.

Robert and his team were exceptional from the quoting to the labour and everything in between. The communication was great and his team are highly skilled and also really quick at getting the jobs done. They kept themselves to themselves, worked hard and completed our shower room to a very high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Robert and his team for future work.

I hired Robert and Team, I must confess these guys are one of the best on my builder. Excellent work carried out from start to finish. These guys are always willing to help and provide alternative options if any problems. Always on time... I never regret shortlisting them. I have projects which am bringing them on again. I highly recommend Robert and Jack for any projects. Recommending for friends and family.
