Sorry to hear your unhappy, enough to leave us a negative review (what’s not 100% true) like for starter you say we charged you £200 to much, we repaired a leak for you for £400 and we successfully did so, the property we worked on for you was a 4 story house and we done an emergency repair for you without scaffolding because you told us you needed it done straight away because it was causing you a big problem other roofers cost was to high for you and wouldn’t do the work due to the hight of the roof so us risking are life’s and 100% fixing the problem you was having, you also say you wasn’t there to manage the work your sister was there showed us the leaks and we spoke to you and gave the the full run down start to finish even showing you images of the work step by step making sure you was happy before we leave the property and Im 1000% certain me or any of the team wasn’t aggressive or threatening to you or your sister for what reason unknown you telling a straight up lie even tho we solved your problem leaving you with a receipt and guarantee it was you in fact who was trying to knock the price down after we had finished the work and left the property risking are life’s to do you a favour doing a emergency repair. Obviously your not happy with us for some unknowingly reason I apologise, if you get back in touch we will offer you a full refund and we’ll take off all are materials resuming it back to the way it was before we worked for you (with your permission)
