Excellent communication throughout and updated us with any potential issues / Date changes well in advance which was very useful given my awkward work rota. Russell arrived promptly on the day with his colleague Simon, the quality of the work was exactly what we needed and it's clear that he takes pride in his work. Very reasonable price for the 5x new double glazed window panes to replace our misted up units and a new UPVC unit with glass for our cellar. Would certainly use again :)

Very satisfied. Russell replied to our job within the day we posted it and came the day after (during weekend) to check it. He had a look at our issue which was an easy fix; and advised us on how to avoid it and explained us how to maintain our windows. As it was an easy job that took about 5mn, he didn't even charge us for coming to check and advice. He was very pleasant and professional, and very keen on advising us. We will definitely keep his contact for future needs.
