Reposition water turn off valve
Was several hours late on the first visit. We then arranged a time the following week for the work to be carried out. My daughters room was cleared and I took the day off and he never turned up. No reply despite messages and phonecalls.
Answer from tradesperson:
Can only apologise, but this is slightly unfair considering I've messaged to say I had an a accident at a job and that I could reschedule. Was late last week due to an accident on the motorway, but I kept you updated throughout and also rearranged work to ensure I was able to attend your property. Was also advised that it was just a stopcock to be relocated, but on arrival you advised you also had 4 leaking radiators due to poor workmanship in the past less than a year ago, but I agreed to do the work. Again, can only apologise but unfortunately it couldn't be helped. Matthew
