Graeme came to provide a quote to totally refurbish my very out dated kitchen. He explained In detail how much work was involved and how much this would cost. He was always more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the process and offered his honest and professional advice on how to maximise my kitchen space and make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Before he left he visited b&q and bought a part to fix my wonky door. Graeme did this without me asking and did not charge me for this. Graeme worked with a team of highly professional individuals who were all very polite and cleared up after themselves. I felt more than happy to leave them in the house to get on with it whilst I went about my normal activities. I needed my kitchen re-tiled and he recommended LJ Bain Home Improvements. Liam came and examined my kitchen and explained the costs and how long the work would take. Liam was extremely punctual and carried out the work in a professional manner. He asked lots of questions to ensure he knew exactly what look I was hoping to achieve. The floor tiles I selected turned out to be too thick and as a result my back door would not close. Liam offered several alternatives and he went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the final result. Liam left my kitchen looking great and extremely tidy! I would not hesitate to hire Liam again and will contact him for advice when I want to re-vamp my bathroom. The kitchen looks fantastic, thank you all!

Excellent craftsmen really take a pride in what they do. Were very flexible and agreed to complete stage one(ie. up to finishing plaster) only, as I could not afford the whole job due to unforeseen family circumstances. Very highly recommended.

Graeme provided excellent service. A quick phone call from Graeme and he committed to survey the job the next evening and if acceptable, carry out the job there and then. He arrived 10 minutes early, provided a reasonable quote, and as indicated, completed the job within an hour. I was very pleased with his work and attitude and would be happy to use his services again in the future.

Absolutely delighted with the kitchen worktop fitting. Excellent workmanship and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team. I will certainly contact him again for any future joinery work.

Good professional job done in good time

A great job done for a good price, done on time and very tidy couldnt be more pleased. Loft boarded on stilts with ladder fitted.

Excellent joiner. Very happy with the laminate floor that was fitted. Graeme also was very helpful in advising me on the flooring that I should buy. Will definitely use Graeme again when I need joinery work done again and would recommend him to friends.
