A punctual, competent and reliable service - Graham is very approachable and able to offer constructive ideas and advice where needed. All work was completed to our satisfaction :- > Sleeper retaining anti-slip steps > 4 timber posts for a canopy > Prune a heavily overgrown old apple tree > Lay a membrane and spread bark over a large area

We hired Graham to install some sleepers and carry out some returfing. The work was completed in under two days and was very professional, he communicated throughout and was always on time. I would definitely recommend his services and should we need any further work doing I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Graham again.

Very pleased to have used Graham at GJS for my front lawn re-turf. Was easy to communicate with Graham to arrange an appt to view the job and provide a fair and reasonable quote and timeline to complete the job. Excellent punctuality, arrived on time for the appointment to quote and also for actual job for re-turfing. Graham discussed exactly what i was wanting and carried out the re-turf very professionally ensuring the "site" was free of stones, roots and was a good level base for laying the turf which had been freshly cut. Overall very happy, very decent, polite and affable guy to deal with and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Really please with the fencing we had done. All done in one day, cut trees/ branches to do it and made sure the garden was spotless before leaving! Definitely recommend this company - also a nice man and team that done it thank you.

Graham is a really nice guy; he explained things to me in a way that wasn't patronising and allowed me to make informed choices. He also gave me advice on how to maintain the garden. He had to delay the job because of difficulties getting supplies during lockdown, but once started he finished much quicker than expected. The price was really good and I don't think I could have done it much cheaper if I did it myself. Most importantly, he did a great job and I have a beautiful garden I can now enjoy. He even gave a quick clean up to a part of the garden I hadn't asked him to do, meaning the finished job looks even better.
