Quick to quote, fully explained what was required and what he was doing, and very efficient at getting the job done. This was not the cheapest quote that i received, but the overall approach provided me with peace of mind. I wouldefinitely use again and recommend to others.

Chris Kemp is an articulate, reliable, ethical and highly competent contractor. I am a particularly piccy, fussy client and he exceeded my expectations. I happily left him with the keys of my property. When inadvertently my other half overpaid on the cheque he did not cash it and waited for its replacement. His competence at tiling is the best I have come across in 30 years in the building trade. He stuck to his price for the contracted work and was reasonable in the cost of extras. He came up with suggestions that were sensible and aesthetically better than my proposals. All in all I can now add to my list of two recommended contractors and make it a list of 3 that I would recommend out of many many thousands I have experienced in my work as a surveyor over the last 37 years.

I would have no hesitation in getting Chris to come back in to do any further work Chris showed excellent pride in his job and the results showed in this. He ensured that we understood what he was doing and how best to look after once he had finished. Extremely neat and tidy and gave a profesional service from quote to completion

Chris was professional and knowledgeable in the trade. One thing I was really impressed with was his honesty in doing the job. There were a few jobs that could have been potentially risky and without hesitation he explained why and let me make the decision without being pushy or aggressive. Chris did an excellent job for us in a tricky bathroom shower repair. He was on time, professional and very thorough in his work which gave me the confidence in the quality of his workmanship.

Chris came to do a fairly large tiling job in our bathroom, some mosaic tiling as a kitchen splash back and put a fiddly bathscreen up. Chris is a perfectionist who's work is of a high standard. He is punctual, polite and works hard. He is very knowledgeable and overcomes problems with good humour. He will also happily give you advice on other work you may be considering. His price was reasonable too. We will not hesitate to call him the next time we any work needs doing!
