George turned up bang on time. I wasn't sure if my job would be a simple bulb change for my outside light, but George started with that and had brought with him the correct bulb, so fixed my light quite quickly. He is a very pleasant, helpful guy and I will definitely be using him again if I ever have another electrical issue.
