William and his team did a nice job rebuilding my bay roof. They also came back to fix a small leak in this bay roof after very heavy rain. I recommend them because they do a good job and will come back to sort out any problems with no fuss.

William quoted for the job, arrived on time, worked in a professional & efficient manner. I am very happy with the standard of work & would highly recommend!

Unfortunately we decided to cancel this job. This in no way was reflected on the roofing company. William has been professional throughout. We needed to re think as we felt the job was bigger than we first thought.

Full roof replacement including two valleys and replacement guttering. Very pleased with the work undertaken. William was very helpful and professional and explained exactly what and how everything was going to be done. We agreed a price and it stayed at that price. They came when they said they would and the work was completed ahead of time. Plus, everything was tidied up to! I don't foresee a problem with the roof, but should there be, I believe that William will call back to rectify it. I would definitely recommend Genesis roofing. Well done guys! 😁

William is a good communicator and also provided a competitive quote. His team arrived to do the job as agreed. The team arrived on time each day and worked very hard through to job completion. His team are a credit to him, hard working, pleasant, polite and clearly know what they are about. The team removed all rubbish and tidied up after job completion. Based on my experience to date I have no hesitation in recommending Genesis Roofing northwest. I shall certainly make them my first point of call for any further roof issues.
