Thanks for the feedback I expected nothing more to be "honest" 1. The invoice was sent to your phone on the 5th September and a copy in the post so I know full well you received this. 2. Three weeks later I had not received this so started to chase payment only to find you had blocked my number?? 3. It was only because I managed to find your landline number and kept ringing that you finally contacted me! 4. If someone damaged my property I would phone them straight away not say nothing and block there calls?? 5. After contact was "finally" made I asked on 2 occasions for you to send me pictures of the ALLEGED damage to which I still have received nothing?? Due to you refusing this the invoice has now been passed to my solicitor to chase. I assume you will have an invoice and photos of your new floor if required. Thanks for taking time to leave feedback.
