Excellent communication, great plumber. I had some tricky small jobs and leaks, and he knew exactly what was needed, and bought it. He communicates very well, phoning, sending photos of the work done (I wasn't there) and he turned up on time. This was so easy to organise and I would definitely use him again - he was great with tenants too, which is crucial when organising repairs and maintenance.
