Gavin arrived early did a very good job , cleared up after . Price quoted was excellent

Gavin was absolutely wonderful. Looked at the problem and didn't complain about the awkward position of the tank which made it difficult to get to, and required him to think on his feet. He replaced the broken valve and checked the other stuff and saw the same part had gone in the hot water cylinder, hence the dribbling overflow. He had to make an expected (and not costed for) trip back to suppliers to get a second one, and was back in no time, the part fitted, everything checked, and he still only charged me what he had quoted for the first valve, no extra for the unexpected trip, and of course the cost of the second valve. He was professional and friendly and I really did feel safe in his hands, that no matter what the problem was he would sort it out. Just what you need in an emergency! Highly recommend him and i am very happy that I now have a reliable, fair, and competent plumber in my address book. He will definitely be my first port of call when the need arises. Now for a restful weekend without worrying about the contents of the loft emptying themselves on my head whilst I am lounging around! 😂

Gavin was the perfect tradesman. He was polite, friendly and I felt confident that the job would be done to a very good standard. This is my first time using my builder and it wont be the last. Once the job was complete he even accepted less than he quoted as it didn't take him as long as he thought which I thought was great as he didn't need to do that.
