    Urgent - Vokera boiler breakdown E13

    Boiler broken down. Leszek came out with a few hours notice and repaired the issue within the first hour. Absolutely amazing! Will recommend to anyone with any boiler issues

    Leaking valve on boiler

    Great communication. I was able to get Leszek in next morning. Arrived on time and he fixed our leaking boiler under 2 hours plus fited a new thermostat. We would hire him again and recommend to everyone 👍

    Connect bidet, bleed rad, look at underfloor heating.

    Leszek is a extremly experience cunning man. He spilt my job in two, with the small jobs and then the bigger job. He wanted payment on first day. He bleed my radiator and didn't bother to check if the boiler pressure was back at normality. This is not responsible I am afraid, fortunately for myself I knew how to take the boiler to Chimney Sweep mode, my wife and child were without hot water/heat with an error fault of 2310 showing on the boiler. He did offer to then come in the evening, and eventually the following day. He connected x2 hose pipe/x1 holder, bleed x2 rad and wanted £90. He got £70 and we parted ways.

    I did not decide to separate anything. Jacob for the first appointment from 2 days between 10-12 am told himself to wait 15 minutes for himself because he had to leave. Jacob forgot to mention the pressure loss to my question where is the filling loop hi said is automatic. In addition, he needed consultation and advice on the installation of additional thermostats to separate the CH system into 2 zones, where he received a full and comprehensive answer and quote. Jacob made me a transfer 2 days after 1 visit for £ 70 (and it was £ 90 agreed) after receiving the quote but I didn't want to work with him anymore so he gave me a negative feedback. quotes the last message from him: Hi Leszek, I have been so busy with diffrent things. Yes I would like to proceed. I have transferred £70 into your account. The remaining can be given in completion of the job in its entirety rather then split into two jobs. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Jacob My answer: I'm very sorry but you got a reply too late and I don't have time to do it next week. I'm very sorry. in addition, we agreed to £90 and you transfer me £70 and it's not fair. Sorry, Jacob, but I don't want to work with you. Find someone else. I'm so sorry. Good luck 👊 Please builder watch out for this "gentleman"

    No central heating

    Vailant boiler. Repair boiler leak and CP12

    Good job. Arrived on time. Did the job Did not charge extra for Saturday visit as some others do.
