He came to fix my cooker and not only diagnosed the problem quickly, but also went out of his way to source the parts we needed. He returned promptly to fit them and even took the time to fix another small job while he was here, without any fuss. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to making sure everything was working perfectly were outstanding.
