Hiring Paul for this job was definitely the right decision. He turns up when he says he will and does what he says he will do, after discussing all the requirements and options patiently. He identified corrosion from a fault with the boiler that the previous gas engineer had missed. I ended up getting him to do another couple of jobs for me, and will definitely hire him again in future.

Paul did a fantastic job. Came the next day and got to the root of the problem and only fixed what was needed at a very very competitive price. He did not replace the part and instead found that the part only needed cleaned which worked out at more than a third of the price that we were quoted by a dodgy firm. Also very professional, polite and friendly. Paul will definitely be getting repeat business from us in the future.

Paul replaced our dilapidated heating system with a new efficient combi boiler. He explained all the options available for the boiler and controls, and arranged for all the building works required to repair old flue holes external walls. Very tidy workmanship and attention to detail. Would not hesitate to recommend Paul.
