Very professional service for our first boiler maintenance. Very thorough service and also gave some extra advice and useful tips. Will be recommending to our friends and neighbours.

Paul arrived on time, knew what he was talking about, talked me through the work he was about to do. Arrived back a couple of days (without having to phone him up)later to fit the part that wasn't delivered with the new boiler. Sorted out all problems when British gas let us down (no heating/ hot water for 6 days). Paul's number has been logged on my phone for future use. Top man.

Arrived on time, but whilst doing the job he encountered an unexpected "fitting" problem with the new item - all taken in his stride and resolved without any fuss, and job well completed. Result = satisfied customer!
