    Second opinion on boiler

    David ran through the diagnostic procedure in the manual very thoroughly and clearly explained what he was doing and why. Gas valve replaced after discussion with the manufacturer. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. David returned and fitted another part without charging for the part or labour. Unfortunately, it would appear the boiler is beyond repair, but the service I received from G1 gas was excellent.

    Serviced Central Heating

    I found this young man to be very professional and helpful. He serviced the boiler, did the job as exactly as he explained to me, did it within the time he said he would, was well within my budget....and much to my delight. David took time to explain to me exactly what he was doing (and in such a way that I could understand). He also took the time some weeks after he finished the job to call me and ask if everything was still to my satisfaction. I have since recommended him to other friends and family.     Installed Central Heating

    David installed a central heating system with 6 radiators and 2 bath rails. He turned up on time as arranged finished on time even with a delay as he discovered my electric cables under the upstairs floor had been chewed through. He stopped work on that section to allow me to have it repaired. He came in with the cheapest quote but most importantly he explained the whole process before hand. I was happy with the work all round. I had bought a faulty towel rail from B&Q which caused a leak in the system. David came back identified the problem. I took it back for a replacement he fitted it no charge. Regards Andrew Buchanan
