tom call to say he was delayed as did not want to leave people he was working for without heating,which my husband thought was good of him.told him not to rush even next day would be ok.but he came same day looked at job went to price parts told my husband would fix tap that was on but my husband said no we would like new ones he then phoned with price for job plus parts,we said ok he came back and did it.very nice genuine man.job done 5/3/2019.

Tom came over at short notice to sort out the issue I had. He was prompt and polite and certainly knew his stuff. We have a boiler that was on its way out and I was hoping to delay the inevitable. Tom was more than happy to replace the part and get it up and running but gave me solid advice than echoed engineers of the past 3 years. Once I decided finally bite the bullet, Tom gave me a really good price as well as all the info I needed and was brilliant at communicating as I went through my options that evening (which boiler fitted my needs, parts, website etc - there wasn't any mark up by him) Once sorted, Tom sorted his diary to come back a day later and decommission the old one and install the new. Again Tom was prompt, polite very respectful of the house - he is a very clean worker. He carried out all the pressure test etc and within half a day had finished all the work, signed it off and was done. He ensured I understood how it all worked and what the add-ons he had recommend did and how they should benefit me (Eco and energy consumption) Later in the evening he contacted me again to make sure everything was ok, which it was. I wouldn't hesitate in using Tom again and I would certainly recommend him to others. His work is great as was his quote for the job.

Very please with Tom’s job. I had leaking boiler problem and he came to check it without call out fee. I am happy I found him and hiring him already for next job to install Nest.

I have a Glow Worm 30cxi boiler with six radiators which needed a power flush. I contacted Acumend who gave me a fair quote and attended the following day. I found Tom to be friendly, professional and punctual, his work ethics are second to none. Left no mess and my heating system is now tip top, a great service with more than fair prices! Will use again and would recommend ACUMEND to anyone.
