Gary Vinter was always conscientious, on time and the people working with him were very professional and great to have around. The work was to a really good standard and we are having them back to more work in our house. Highly recommended.

Bakers' Villas Epping - The project was a conversion of 3 old peoples bed-sit bungalows into one bedded accommodation. This involved demolition, building stud walls, plastering and finishing to a high standard, hanging doors and carpentry. Gary was always pleasant and polite to the elderly residents within the housing scheme, he was punctual, reliable and gave a good competitive price. The work was completed on time with no extra charges and the properties were left tidy and clean. We are so pleased with the work we have given him the next project - a further 2 bungalows to be carried out in April.

We were very impressed with Gary and his team. We had a refurbishment of the extension room on our kitchen including a new floor, side wall and lighting fitted. Gary always arrived exactly on time and his advice on works needing doing and completed were approved of by my friend who is an architect. The quality of the work was outstanding and they worked solidly in order to finish in excellent time. I have just booked them for another job in the house, it is great to have people i the house that you can trust when you work full time!

Roc Builders completed a garage to office conversion for me in may 2011. The quality of workmanship undertaken was outstanding, the job was finished on time and to budget. Neighbours, Friends and family have all commented on what an excellent job has been done and I would not hesitate to ask Roc Builders to carry out any future work.

Gary and his team at Roc Builders were extremely professional. Our extension was completed in the time frame quoted and within my budget. The site was left clean and tidy each evening and all the tradesmen who worked for us were polite and professional and obviously took a lot of care to do their individual jobs well to ensure a high quality. We have had many friends who have used builders in the past and I know they experienced problems, both minor and major - we were extremely lucky and had a brilliant builder! I would highly recommend Gary and would definitely use them again on our next project.
