Gary, Lee and their boys are really nice guys and did a great job plastering a whole new build house. It was a difficult job with a 15m vaulted ceiling and lots of small fiddly bits inside built-in wardrobes etc. They were always cheerful (need singing lessons though:) and very keen to make sure I was happy with progress and quality. They are both easy to get along with and they enjoy a nice cup of tea. If your ever bored on a Saturday night pop round for a drink, your both welcome anytime in my home. Work was efficiently carried out with good humour in a reasonable time-frame.Good quality re-skimming of walls and ceiling as well as the re-plastering necessary after damp-proofing . The property is tenanted so access will be slightly difficult but outside can be viewed at any time. I think it is probably mould, but it needs sorting anyway. The property was built in the 60s or early 70s. Brick built with render.
