Arrived early and performed the job brilliantly. Gary also offered solutions for things we were unsure about. He worked bank holiday to fulfill the job and was polite and efficient and left things very clean. Gary did a great job on my kitchen tiles. Professional, friendly and efficient, the tiles look fantastic and he made sure that the whole area was left as clean as he found it. Would certainly recommend.

Gary was punctual, tidy and professional. He maintained a high standard with a competative price. The materials we had chosen would provide a challenge for any tiler but Gary provided us with many solutions and showed a great depth of knowledge.

We are extremely pleased with how Gary has tiled our family bathroom and shower area. We live in an old house in need of some restoration and that, as they always do, brings with it complications! These proved no difficulty for Gary however and he professionally removed the tiles, undertook all necessary remedial work and then re-tiled. Everything we requested of Gary has been completed to an excellent standard. Gary is methodical in his work and everything he does is done with a perfectionist eye for detail. He is also an efficient and clean worker whose presence in the house was barely noticed when we were there. Gary is also trustworthy and we felt confident in giving him a key to the property in order to allow him to continue the job whilst we were at work. We have no hesitation in recommending Gary

Gary was professional, efficient, clean and courteous. Was very happy with Gary's work tiling my two hearths. One was raised and Gary did a beautiful job ensuring the bevelling along the edge lined up nicely. One was level with the floor and Gary ensured that it was perfectly level with the existing floor. Indeed, where there were tiny issues, Gary was open to discussing them and made sure my satisfaction was a priority. Would recommend and rehire!

Gary was absolutely great - couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond to get the job done. Even fixed my leaking bath...and when my new shower door didn't fit he sorted that out as well by getting it cut down professionally. My new bathrooms looks brilliant. He was always punctual, tidy and obviously takes a lot of pride in what he is doing. I would definitely recommend him and would have no hesitation in using him again.

Gary did the floor and wall tiling in our kitchen. To be fair, the floor tiling was done quite well although one tile did have a score on it from when he cut out a section. When he returned to quote on the wall tiling, he offered to replace it when he did the walls. In the end we decided not to get it replaced as skirting had been fitted over part of it and we decided it wasn't too noticeable. However, we had agreed for him to return to do the wall tiling and this was not completed properly. The main issue was 2 tiles missing from under the cupboard which I couldn't see when checking the work. It is only noticeable when you are seated at the kitchen table and are looking below the wall cupboards to see an incomplete row of tiles. There was no obvious reason for this as there were plenty of tiles left over and it would be impossible for him not to have noticed when he was grouting. Over the last month or so I have texted, phoned and left messages and left a message on this site but Gary has not answered/responded so I can only assume that he was aware of the problem and chooses not to. This is very disappointing as Gary was pleasant and seemed very professional but I have no option now but to mark a negative review and complete the tiling myself. If you do decide to employ Gary, I would suggest that you keep a close eye on the work and check over every detail of what has been done before handing over any money.
