Gary was excellent from start to finish. He was quick to reply to my original post, offered a very competitive quote, started on the project within a few days, and finished the whole job within a week of my original request. The finished product exceeded my already high expectations. It's worth noting that my family used to run a tiling business in America, so are very discerning on it, but I can confidently say that even they will admire Gary's work when they come to visit next year. Gary kept the place very tidy and cleaned up after it was finished as if no one had ever been there. Furthermore, he was kind and courteous throughout the whole process. He went that extra mile, above & beyond what was expected to help out. For example, this was a job for our new home. Given we'd only just moved in, we were still having many packages delivered and/or picked up by courier while myself and my fiancée were at work. Gary kindly offered to take delivery in our absence, seeing as that he was on site anyway. That may seem a relatively simple ask, but it helped simplify our lives big time and meant a lot. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a tiling job and will certainly look to hire him again for any tiling work we look to have done in the future.

Cannot fault Gary. Very professional did the job perfectly in what was not an easy room to tile. On time and price. If he did anything but tiling I would get him to work on the whole house.

Gary tiled our bathroom which include full walls, floor, shower area and bath panel. We cannot fault his work or service. Nice bloke and very tidy at the end of each day. Appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend to anyone or ask to come back for more work in our home. His price was comparable to other quotes and he also offered good advice on grout, grout protector, adhesive and silicon.

Brilliant job by Gary tiling with expensive and hard to cut tiles on my uneven and multi angled floor. (30s semi kitchen) .Superb results and very professional. Nothing was too much effort, even tidied a bodged previous job by another tiler for me in the bathroom. I was so pleased I have already recommended him to a builder friend who's very fussy who he invites to his big jobs. I will be recommending him to my friends too.

Gary is absolutely brilliant. He spent a lot of time discussing the best layout. His communication is excellent, he's a nice guy and his price are really reasonable. 100% recommend Gary, he's a rare breed of truly great tilers.
