Steve Butler was cheerful and helpful. Arrived when he said he would, completed the work well to time, and left the place clean and tidy. We were not present for quite a lot of the time and were happy to leave him the house key. We have every confidence in him and would be pleased to recommend him.

Steve adjusted his schedule to be able to help us out at short notice. He quoted us a reasonable price, showed up on time, was polite, friendly and efficient. Got the job done in the time estimated from our conversation, re-balanced the heating system and bled the radiators before leaving. Very happy and will certainly get Steve to quote in the future.

Polite and hard working, kept me well informed on what he was doing and the costings, is multi skilled and completed jobs to a high standard, will be hiring again to complete other jobs I need doing.

Steve did a excellent job and completed the work within budget. There was a delay, my fault, but Steve re programmed the work for the following week without a problem. He turned up on time every day and worked hard all day. His communication skills were excellent and he regularly kept me updated on progress.

On this occasion Steve changed a radiator in my dinning and hallway to larger ones, this involved draining the system and extending tricky pipework. I felt the quality of work was excellent. The job was done in a day and was on budget. Steve is polite, helpful, and very committed to getting the job done. I would use him again.
