This is the worst tradesman I have ever come across. I have used Mybuilder over the course of 10 years but never experienced anything like this. Firstly, he did not wish to visit site but wanted to see pictures but instead I did video call with him. He was all happy but when he came to site he wanted to change quote. He then refused to do job and demanded money for his abortive visit or threatened to be violent. As I was taken aback I offered him some Cash which he took so disrespectfully that I almost got pushed away. He is rude, abrupt and violent please think again before hiring him.Answer from tradesperson:
I always appreciate comments and constructive criticism from my customers when given with honesty, however, in this case I want to specify that everything said here is untrue. The only reason I was forced to not carry out this job as planned was because you had not agreed with your neighbour that we could make the changes required to his property in order to input your fence. I was happy to wait a few hours while you discussed with your neighbour and once he clearly said that he was not happy for me to carry out the job affecting his land I was legally unauthorised to do the job. Yet, after wasting a day of work, I did not ask for you to pay me anything, however I did ask you would give a small fee for my worker as it wasn’t fair I’d have to pay him due to your lack of preparation with your neighbour. After refusing to pay my worker a fair amount for his time, you still asked me the next day to come back and do the job, I therefore do not appreciate the false accusations of violence.

The service was professional. They arrived promptly to evaluate the work and offered a competitive quote. On the job day, they were on time and commenced work immediately. All tasks were completed as specified, and waste was cleared from the site. Overall, I am pleased with how this job was managed from beginning to end.Review from Olivia , Northolt Olivia , Northolt

They did such an amazing job on the garden. From clearing to laying to new turf, the job came out better than I could have imagined. The communication at every point was also seamless. I would definitely recommend and use them again.Review from Shaheer, Pinner Shaheer, Pinner
