Very professional, attentive and responsive, and a high standard of work replacing our shower. Highly recommended.

Baldeep did a great job at replacing the fan and putting in place my shower screen and cabinet. Not the cheapest of quotes but the quality of work was high and he was the first tradesman I have actually trusted. I guess you pay for this peace of mind. He took great care in making sure the property was left clean and tidy after use. Would certianly use him again.

Baldeep was incredibly flexible with timings (I work long hours) and although he had to come out 4 times in total, I was never charged anything extra. I would highly recommend him.

Professional, honest, trustworthy...I will not think twice before hiring again. I asked for some work to be done based on my knowledge and what other "big name" company plumbers told me was required. First, the quote I received was based on an explanation of what had to be done and the time such activities would take, which made sense to me (as opposed to a random figure coming out of nowhere). Then, after having seen the problem in details, I was given an alternative approach that would require less parts to be bought as actually not adding any benefit. So, I had a great work done (my problem had initially been poorly addressed by some "big name" company after 5 plumbers coming), I saved money, I was educated, and even I can tell the difference of quality of work between what I got this time compared to what I got from other plumbers. I was so impressed I felt I had to pay more than I was billed. There are many things that go wrong in a house and I am usually reluctant in getting them addressed as I am usually afraid of the cost and the risk of being conned. After this experience, I actually am thinking about some big change projects as I feel I have found someone I can trust.
