The floor in our kitchen diner suffered water damage. Keith and his team were friendly, helpful and very professional. They removed the old engineered wood floor in the kitchen area and replaced it with luxury vinyl. They did an excellent job and I'm really pleased with the final result.

Quick response, and excellent communication. Keith and lads very professional, on time and kept up to date with progress. Wood flooring looks great, so much so decided to do the flooring in the kitchen. Excellent work. Keith now doing a full refurbishment of the bathroom too! Really easy going and patient with my indecisiveness and last minute requests. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keith and his team.

Keith showed up promptly to see the space. He was quick and fair with his quotes. He knows his stuff and adviced me well. He accommodated my dates even though it was a bit short notice from my part. In the day of the job he explained to me what he would do with the odd corners. Then he and his coworker did a great job with installing the floor and cleaned up when they were done. I absolutely recommend hiring him if you need your floors changed.

Keith,the boss, is so professional and his rapport with Brian and myself was nothing short of this He came in to our house to lay engineered wood in all the downstairs...around 74 sq meters....and the team worked so well together.The main reason why he was chosen was because he was willing to fix(as best he could) the botched up job that the crap builders did on our kitchen extension!..He said he would fix it all ....and he managed it pretty well.The floor to the extension was higher than the kitchen ( don't ask)due to a botched builder.He had to lift the new floor right down to the jioce...or whatever it's called.....and this took over a day.He is a joiner as well as a floor layer and this is important when choosing.He is super skilled....cheery..... compassionate....and thank you Keith and team.😊👋

Keith was great start to finish. Very reasonably priced without losing out on quality. Keith is very knowledgeable and helpful when it come to choosing the right flooring. Would recommend Keith and his team to anyone and will be using Forth Property & Flooring Service again in future.
