Unsure why this review has been posted, I attended the job at the agreed time, and the job turned out to be a lot more in depth than the basic ‘change light fixtures’ stated. I informed the customer that I would not be able to do it today as I would need an extra pair of hands with me and a platform would be needed to access the high ceilings in property to install such decorative fixtures. Some fixtures were also attempted by the customer themselves, who had wrongly connected wires together so i informed them I would now have to spend time working out what cables are what instead of a basic swap over if they were left in previous fixture so I could see what cables were used for switched lines and neutrals etc as they were not identified. I did not charge customer at all and informed them of what to write as a new ad on Mybuilder to stop another tradesman turning up and finding themselves in the same problem.
